Exit Realty Grove first opened its doors to the public on June 17, 1997. We have been serving Spruce Grove and the surrounding areas since then. In August 2008, Carson Beier bought the Exit Realty Grove brokerage which is currently located in Spruce Grove and in June of 2009, Carson Beier became the Broker.
